Australia’s Healthy Weight Week

Australia’s Healthy Weight Week (AHWW) raises awareness of the importance of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle.

AHWW is part of the Dietitians Association of Australia’s comprehensive obesity strategy, helping to address overweight and obesity in Australia.

Events are held in February each year to help promote this message, and promote how an Accredited Practising Dietitian can assist with weight loss, weight maintenance and lifestyle management.

FREE RESOURCES for adults including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People are also available to assist with lifestyle and weight management.
