What is Australia's Healthy Weight Week?
Australia's Healthy Weight Week (AHWW) raises awareness of the importance of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle.
Events are held in the last week of January each year to help promote this message, and promote how an Accredited Practising Dietitian can assist with weight loss, weight maintenance and lifestyle management.
FREE RESOURCES for young women and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People are also available to assist with lifestyle and weight management.

AHWW is part of the Dietitians Association of Australia's comprehensive obesity strategy, helping to address overweight and obesity in Australia.
