What is Australia's Healthy Weight Week?
Australia's Healthy Weight Week (AHWW) encourages all Australians to achieve and manitain a healthy weight and a healthy lifestyle.
Events are held in the last week of January each year to help promote this message and also how an Accredited Practising Dietitian can assist with weight loss, weight maintenance and lifestyle management.

There are flyers and suggestions to help with that too! And don't forget to invite your local APD to assist with accurate and easy to understand nutrition information on the day.
While events are concentrated in the last week of January, information is available on the AHWW website all year round.

The theme for 2010 is 'Take 10 in 2010' - AHWW has fact sheets with 10 tips to assist with weight management in a number of settings.
